Forming one of nine sites developed by Croydon Council to provide new affordable housing to the borough, Drummond Street was designed by Mikhail Riches and delivered on site by Common Ground Architecture for Brick by Brick. Completed in 2021 the scheme creatse a positive piece of continuity and identity to a varied parcel of urban land.
