Forming one of nine sites developed by Croydon Council to provide new affordable housing to the borough, Auckland was designed by HTA and delivered on site by Common Ground Architecture for Brick by Brick. The scheme was completed in 2021 the scheme forms a quiet enclave of new homes within the leafy Sylvan Hill community in Upper Norwood.
